Your Senior Driver Assessment will be delivered by email to your referrer (your medical practitioner or friend/family member) within minutes of the driving assessor submitting the questionnaire results.

There is no facility for the generation of a physical copy of your assessment report.

You data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
